A simple dress (with killer accessories)

I had lunch with Style Setter Christiane Mack last week and she wore the 3.1 Phillip Lim dress above in black.  Reissued for Spring in peacock blue, this dress is a true classic and a good option for right now.

The clean lines and easy shape make it the perfect canvas to load on the accessories. And no one is better at chic over-accessorization than Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele. Carlyne styled Christy Turlington’s cover and story for the most recent (and a KiC favorite) The Gentlewoman magazine.

Carlyne, my old friend, you are the inspiration for this post.

  • I want it all! I especially want to upgrade my almost identical (of course it is not…) Hermes bracelet to this particular model…and the earrings, you can’t have a boring evening with those. Great post.
