Simply Charlize

Charlize Theron has been doing the press rounds and premieres for her new movie Snow White and the Huntsman (which I cannot wait to see) and not only is she a great actress, I think she is one of the few in Hollywood who has enviable style. Fitted dresses–love The Row pre-fall leather one she is wearing (now in our shop)–and sexy black heels for dressy events, blazers, skinny jeans, easy totes and again, sexy black strappy heels when she’s more dressed down. I especially like the mix of her deep teal jeans with a royal blue Balenciaga tote and gray blazer above. She manages to make wearing color look cool, not girly. Of course, she’s blessed with a lithe, lean body and beauty that makes me mildly jealous. But she’s modern and glamorous–everything I want a movie star to be.
