Will These Be Your Next Jeans?

There seems to be no end in sight for skinny jeans (I’m guilty too), but the relaunch of Seafarer may give your slim-fits a run for their money. With a storied history– Seafarers were once the uniform of the U.S. navy, and their St. Tropez-circa-60s/70s-vibe, these cool blues may be the next big thing.

  • I’m guilty of wearing skinny jeans too, they’re so easy – particularly good with boots in the snow! But I do have a pair of flared/high waisted Levi’s that I like to wear in summer. Dark denim though, not sure I could do stone wash.

  • These jeans are terrific… great cut… thanks for posting! Any idea where they are available in the US? Totally obsessed with KiC, by the way. (My coolest 29 yr-old girlfriend in NYC referred my 40 yr-old self in Fairfield to it when I needed to tighten up my runaround /school run style. It’s now required daily reading… love it!)

  • I will find out when and where they will be sold. They are in Colette in Paris.

  • Dating myself, they remind me of the Madewells and Land Lubbers of my college days. Needless to say, I love the look.

  • That’s how I love my jeans. Straight with a slight flair at the bottom (mine is AG). I tend to see this as grown up jeans. My latest fantasy is this cut in light wash to wear with black tops and jackets.
