Galitzine’s SS13 looks
I have been meaning to post on the relaunch of the Galitzine label and the tunic and pant trend that’s so popular this spring, but the WSJ beat me to it with a must-read piece by my friend J.J. Martin. Jackie Kennedy, her sister Lee Radziwill, and numerous members of the mid 1960s International set were devotees of Irene Galitzine’s two-piece pajamas (tunic and pant, not sleepwear). This silhouette was groundbreaking in the 60s, and although it’s now a retro look, it somehow feels fresh again.
