Green with envy

As I mentioned last week, black, grey, navy, tan, and white may be my sartorial choices, but green is looking really appealing right now. Perhaps not as a piece of clothing; this Oscar de la Renta necklace is beautiful.

  • Perhaps because my birthstone is emerald, or perhaps because I love earth tones (even though I don’t wear them – I am like you and wear black, gray, white, and for me – shades of purple)….but I too have found myself using green as an accent piece. Sometimes scarves, sometimes jewelry pieces. This summer alone, I made at least a half dozen pieces with peridot, chrome diopside, and tourmaline to wear with outfits.

  • That is utterly gorgeous . Timeless and modern. I’m not a big jewellry fan as a rule so to respond to this really does press the aesthetic pleasure button.

  • This is amazing- reminds of that amazing jeweler that used to make the costume jewelry for Chanel- Gripoix!

I would totally wear this with a long sleeve grey cashmere t-shirt, white denim and espresso suede Aquazzura sandals. Done.

You should totally get it, btw.
