Phoebe Philo In T

Why are we obsessed with Phoebe Philo’s clothes for Céline? T magazine breaks it down. In a nutshell, Philo, on the cover of the next issue, has created a uniform of “quiet clothes” for busy women. Women who work, are mothers, have lives and don’t have time to “fuss and preen”. The enigmatic Philo is the epitome of the busy woman she designs for, which may very well be the key to her success.

  • I so agree with the article on the “magic” of Philo and Celine! Beautiful, chic, easy clothes for the busy woman. I only wish they were more readily available on-line for those of us who are truly too busy to get in to the stores to shop them. I am sure that I am not alone in the fact that 80% of my “fashion” shopping is done on-line. Thank heavens for the quality of today’s on-line shopping…and thank heavens for “Keep It Chic”!

  • I think part of Celine and Chanel’s allure is that you can’t buy them online. Makes me want them all the more!

  • She really is genius – that’s alluring enough, imo.
