Bag Crush

I keep coming back to this Céline hobo, my favorite shape this spring. Although I have a number of Hèrmes Trims, a similar bag, the Céline is hard to resist. But which color?

I posted on the chamois left last December, it’s a color I don’t already own and it would go with everything. They are both gorgeous, it’s hard to choose.

  • I too have been eyeing these since they debuted. It’s a difficult choice. I’ve wondered if the lighter one would ‘age’ over time and become darker as some leathers (treated and untreated) will do. If so, I’ve thought, that could become like the darker one in time. However, I love the classic British tan. Very tough choice. I think I am leaning lighter. Good luck!

  • It’s a beautiful bag and something about the saffron yellow (not pictured here) has stolen my heart.

  • Neither- looks impractical despite its simple design

  • 100% the saddle color, timeless, chic, once the leather oxidizes it’s even better.
Worn with crisp white ( or anything) … To die for!

  • Tough choice, I love the darker one as I’ve been coveting a barenia Birkin. But the lighter color seems very fresh and new. Tough call, but if you don’t have the lighter one already in your bag wardrobe I’d vote for the that. Good luck! Cheers, Laura from http://www.cocktailsandgelato.com

  • It is a gorgeous bag, a timeless design. You should check out the python version at Barneys – it is a stunner!

  • I fell for the darker saddle color, and took it home. LOVE it! One drawback only: no inside pockets, so
everything I own, including my cell, drops to the bottom. But it’s one of the loveliest dump bags I own!
