Françoise

Francoise Hardy.

While perusing Pinterest I stumbled upon this vintage pic of French singer Françoise H. The simple white dress, envelope bag, and tank watch are super chic and a look I will copy.

  • The kid in the window is a slightly bit creepy.

Regardless, the outfit is very chic and looks like it was shot yesterday for some fashion editorial, yet an other proof of timeless pieces…

  • Funny…I just mentioned in my post today how much Lexi Boling reminds me of Francoise Hardy. Her look is timeless and I would wear every piece above too!

  • Makes me think of this dress I’ve been contemplating

but wondering if it was too plain. I guess not!

  • I have this black with white trim vintage Pierre Cardin dress that I’ve been wanting to have made in another color since I love the simplicity of the dress. This photo clinched it – going to have it made in shade of white. Great inspiration, and I agree with Jennifer, sometimes it’s the simplest things that are the hardest to find.
