Collier De Chien

I mentioned in a post that I wasn’t wearing my black with gold Hermès Collier de Chien, it felt too blingy. However, on my way out the door to a meeting a few weeks ago, I grabbed it and popped it on. And, that was that. Now I wear it all the time paired with a gold bangle.

  • I love mine, but I have the silver hardware. Never thought to wear another bracelet with it, but I will have to try that – bet it will look great!

  • This is the beauty of classics! Sometimes one puts them away for a season or even for a few years but then they look fresh again! I find that is especially the case with Hermes.

  • Does this lady wear something different from time to time?! It’s not her style, it’s her uniform actually….

  • I saw her belt before I recognized her face. It is her signature item of these days. Interior designer Andrea Puttman wore the same neck-piece for at least the last two decades of her life ( I can only remember that far!)

The cuff is downplayed with the muted blues she is wearing… makes it far less bling…
