Synchronicity

Day before yesterday, as I was considering these vintage metal bamboo-style chairs in a shop window in Vineyard Haven (I’m on Martha’s Vineyard), Mark D. Sikes posted on green and white. Now, I just need to get them back to NY.

  • I love the color combo, and anything real or faux bamboo. You have to grab these things when you see them. Nice find!

  • This is a handsome pair of chairs. If seats are vinyl, you can have canvas/sailcloth/duck cloth seat cushions made in the same color (Perennials or Sunbrella). My recent favorite look is ‘sea salt white’ cushions piped in apple green. All you need now is a gin cocktail–

  • Paula,
Love the sea salt white with apple green piping suggestion. I am a piping fan, and this combo sounds divine!
