On My Mind

Here And Now

Valentino

In the end, I did not buy a fringed piece. The Valentino sandals were tempting, but I didn’t pull the trigger. If I had, I’d be wearing them a lot right now because I’m not sure how fresh the trend will look come fall, let alone, next summer.

  • Bought the sandals and returned them after a few days in my closet, as I was already tired of the fringe and hadn’t even worn them.

  • Good move! I don’t like the fringe. I think you have to be under 30 to pull it off and I certainly am happy to skip it! I did snap up the wonderful gold Jennifer Fisher choker you recommended. I’ve worn it every day for a week. Excellent recommendation!

  • That is the problem with fringe. Although I still think a fringed bag could be good on occasion.
