The Big Print

When I was window shopping, I popped into Valentino to see their fabulous spring prints up close. They are stunning, and big. I’m not sure I could carry off a full-length dress, but a scarf would do nicely, especially with all of my neutrals. I love that it’s long and not an enormous square.

Brown, red, pink, and green.

  • I really love it in the brown, but I have no idea how’d I’d really wear it, since coat season is long since over in LA. Ideas?

  • What a gorgeous textile this is! It reminds me of a vintage Nicholas Herbert fabric–as if pulled from the 40’s?

  • Love the green one.

  • This print is exceptional and I’m sure with the right outfit any of the colors would be beautiful. I am leaning toward the brown as my favorite and most wearable, the green being next in line. It looks like a good size, not overwhelming, which as a “shortie” is a must for me!

  • I adore this print, with the flower that looks like an eye! So Surréaliste and playful.
