  • My friend, Rachael Coyle of Coyle’s Bake Shop made that galette. If you are ever in Seattle it is a destination worthy Bake Shop. I have a frozen disc of her pecan galette dough and will be attempting a three berry galette today!

  • I actually didn’t mind waiting on line at the market because I was staring at the cover of this Bon Appetite for 10 minutes!

  • I made a galette last night for dinner. I made mine with mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries). It was a big hit – and relatively easy!

  • Lily, you were smart to mix the berries. My husband made it with just blueberries and it could have used the other flavors.

  • A touch of cinnamon in a three berry mix pie/galette really elevates it, in my opinion.

  • Strawberries and rhubarb are an absolutely amazing combo.
