  • Preston, I love these seemingly random posts that are right where I am- so to speak. I felt a little cheated with our mild winter without one socked in weekend or snow day. Now, however, I’m getting excited for spring. Tonight, drawing inspiration from your post, I think we’ll start with oysters and my favorite wine, Sancerre, followed by the gnocchi and asparagus.
