‘Classic Sequence’

There are lots of great neutrals in this story from the May issue of British Vogue. I love the Lisa Taylor vibe and the Hermès silver bracelet in the top image.

  • For me, looks such as these are far more sophisticated than what appear to be the ‘clown clothes’ in the SS/16 collections. There is a serenity and calm with neutrals that isn’t possible with extreme shapes, colors, and patterns. For example, I have to wonder who wears Rosie Assouline’s clothes, and where are they going (other than a Met Gala or a private yacht)?
