  • Ooh. I love these in solid colors!

  • I really don’t like it. It reminds me of the cheap bags market sellers haul their stuff around. I think it will be completely over within the year as well. For everyone who likes it – enjoy – it just isn’t for me.

  • Your post is so timely! I have been searching for the perfect tote/shopper bag for running around and carry-on for air travel for months now! These are not for me – a bit bright for my style, and I fear I would tire of it after one season. Although not a logo person, I have been considering LV’s checkerboard-with-red-lining, the classic size – which can go on my shoulder. Could you please offer some other ideas? This category of bag has always stumped me! I’m only 5′ 5″ and find leather totes way too heavy to lug around when traveling.

  • My thought exactly, cheap market bag, so ugly. Not for me either.

  • It looks better in real life but NO!

  • I like it but I’m afraid I’d tire of it quickly too. And Paula – a Goyard tote is great for running around and airplane travel. Very lightweight too.

  • A great bag for anytime anywhere is the marché tote by christen maxwell at christenmaxwell.com. Constructed of beautiful imported linen, fully lined interior, perfect handle drop, a large palette of colorist choose from – a great multi-purpose bag that will receive many compliments and one not overpopulating the masses shoulders! And cut and sewn in Brooklyn, NY – check it out!

  • I like the black, white and blue combo. I know this isn’t the most practical bag, but at that price point is practicality really the issue? I think it will be a great vintage find in the future, even if its longevity as a trend is short. Of course, I haven’t seen it live, but I assume its quality lives up to its price and name.

  • This screams ‘trendy’ to me and that’s a definite no no.

  • A friend convinced me to buy the LV Damier Neverful GM – it is my favorite travel bag! I can put everything in the bag, stuff it under seat in airplane or overhead. Plus it is lightweight ! After shoulder surgery it was wonderful!

Paula you will love the bag if you get it. Very similar to Goyard.

  • paula, kathy is spot on! the goyard tote is the best for travel and so lightweight! you can stuff a lot inside
which is very helpful when traveling. i like to use one with a zipper on top so things don’t spill out!

  • I don’t like it… Maybe after seeing it a bit more, but I agree with most, it looks cheap…
