  • I’m not sure about the shoulder width here- trouser suits can be lovely but this one seems a tad masculine- maybe that’s the idea….?

  • I’m with Ruth on this. More than a tad masculine – it feels like the early suits of the 70’s when women decided the way to prove themselves was to dress more like a man. I love jackets and pants on women (like the Dior suit post), but this one looks like it belongs on a young middle management guy with a limited budget.

  • There have been a few exaggerated shoulder suits for A/W 17 and I’m not a fan, or at least not this V shape, reminds me of an 80’s music video. Some version of a pants suit is definitely in my future though.
