On My Mind

If I Were Still Casting

One of my favorite models, Emily DiDonato, is on the cover of the February issue of Vogue Paris. The blue-eyed brunette is a classic American beauty with a great smile. I would cast her in a heartbeat.

  • I get it, she’s beautiful, but lost me with the cigarette.

    MargoJanuary 9th, 2014  12:09 AM

  • Stunning, part christy turlington, part a. Jolie, and the hair reminds me of Cindy Crawford.

  • Oh she’s stunning! I’ve always loved that colouring of brunette with blue or hazel eyes in women and men (oh yes!). Is it me or does she look like a merge between the young Brooke Shields and Angelina Jolie?

  • Love her All American look. I too hate seeing people smoke, unfortunately young people associate it with sophistication.

  • She’s quite beautiful – but that cigarette turns me off completely.

    KathyJanuary 9th, 2014  9:49 AM

  • She is beautiful but – like the others – I hate the cigarette. Believe me, nothing can make beauty go away faster than cancer!

    Susan GosmanJanuary 9th, 2014  2:28 PM

  • She is truly fresh and beautiful – but lose the cigarette.

    LynetteJanuary 9th, 2014  3:05 PM

  • Any info on the anchor belt? It’s stunning!

    ameeJanuary 9th, 2014  3:07 PM

  • She’s beautiful but agree about the cigarette. Smoking is ugly and it’s not the first time Vogue Paris has used cigarettes in their photography.

    LisaJanuary 9th, 2014  3:57 PM

  • I love that cigarettes are such a huge “no” with your blog lovers! Agreed. Detracts from her beauty .

    PaulaJanuary 10th, 2014  12:28 AM

  • Wow! She makes me think of a totally updated, fresh, modern version of Brooke Shields–also a natural beauty. The accessories are so fabulous, jeans and a t-shirt at it’s best!

    PaulaJanuary 10th, 2014  12:55 AM

  • She’s my BFF’s cousin and such a natural beauty. Not sure why Vogue put the cigarette in since she doesn’t smoke.

    ChrisJanuary 10th, 2014  3:40 PM

  • There are so many beautiful pictures of her!!!! Why would you pick a picture of her with a cigarette?

    RoxanneJanuary 11th, 2014  2:05 PM

  • Love the outfit. Belt is fab.
