Dreaming of Dries

Untitled-2022014

Dries Van Noten is firmly on my radar. Not only would I love to see the major retrospective of his work that opens at the Museé des Artes Décoratifs in Paris end of this month, but I would also like to own one of the folkloric and ethnic inspired pieces from his standout SS14 collection.

Mesh maxi dress, floral embroidered top, floral dress, fringed top, beaded poppy-print dress, billow-sleeve blouse.

  • I went and saw these at Barneys today and they are amazingly beautiful in person. The fabrics are remarkable. I raved about one and my crazy-generous step-father offered to get one for my birthday. Thank you for the idea to look and a huge thank you to him! It’s a long term keeper.
