  • kudos to David Sims and the model for the whimsical pics. Great movement ,good graphics ,yet it does not deter from the beauty of the clothes.

  • I agree with Helen about being able to see the clothing–like a whimsical Avedon.

  • My daughter’s (23) opinion is that magazines such as Vogue are on their way out in terms of how young consumers discover and buy fashion. She said her generation is not willing to page through hundreds of pages of advertising and ridiculous articles in order to catch one or two good fashion editorials. I have to agree with her– This is a beautiful spread; however, it is the exception, not the rule. Anna Wintour decided she wanted to shape politics and culture instead of deliver fashion, beautifully and simply photographed. Haven’t bought a Vogue in years. Miss Kloss reminds me of Linda Evangelista. Darling!

  • Tend to agree with Paula. Vogue has changed so much over the years and I am more excited about the way Bazaar presents clothes. May I add one other thing…while Karlie Kloss is undoubtedly beautiful and shows these clothes to their full advantage, I have to say that I’m so tired of seeing her make the type of facial expressions that she does in the first photograph. Vogue also way over uses her. Last month she was in two major spreads. It gets very repetitive and you don’t even see the clothes anymore.
