Glossier

Beauty website Into The Gloss founder Emily Weiss has launched a line of  products called Glossier. After all the beauty product testing Weiss has done in the four years of helming ITG, I’m sure her own line will be effective. The packaging is really good too.

  • Interesting – I have totally revamped my skin care regimen and wear less and less makeup – something I can do because I have the opportunity to have a bit of a tan nearly all year. I really do find less is more and continue to explore many new, organic (or largely so) lines that are emerging. I also do not lead a “red carpet” life and find that the usual guidelines – lots of water, exercise, clean eating – all do miracles for my skin. Without a lot of makeup, my skin is healthier so I’m not repairing the damage it does while on my face.

Another quick comment – to April who wrote a few days ago about Boston shopping – I live near Boston – but shop primarily online or in NYC – however, I do know the retail scene well here, so if she sees this post, please feel free to email me at tabithateller@me.com and I’ll be happy to answer any questions – Boston will NEVER ben NYC, but things have improved – it really all depends upon what you seek!

  • It just seems aimed at a different skin type than mine. Love Emily, though!
