YUM!
My friend, Rebecca, did the styling for this (and many others in the magazine). Looked so yummy I had to go make it asap!!

My friend, Rachael Coyle of Coyle’s Bake Shop made that galette. If you are ever in Seattle it is a destination worthy Bake Shop. I have a frozen disc of her pecan galette dough and will be attempting a three berry galette today!
I love how you feature foods and products in addition to fashions!!
Isn’t Bon Appetit just the tastiest!
And now I shall be haunted by this image until I make the thing!
Ahhh. i like to eat but hate to cook, but even i would like to make it becouse it looks so chic and I can’t resist.you rock,Preston!
I actually didn’t mind waiting on line at the market because I was staring at the cover of this Bon Appetite for 10 minutes!
I made a galette last night for dinner. I made mine with mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries). It was a big hit – and relatively easy!
Lily, you were smart to mix the berries. My husband made it with just blueberries and it could have used the other flavors.
A touch of cinnamon in a three berry mix pie/galette really elevates it, in my opinion.
Strawberries and rhubarb are an absolutely amazing combo.
