  • My friend, Rachael Coyle of Coyle’s Bake Shop made that galette. If you are ever in Seattle it is a destination worthy Bake Shop. I have a frozen disc of her pecan galette dough and will be attempting a three berry galette today!

  • I made a galette last night for dinner. I made mine with mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries and blackberries). It was a big hit – and relatively easy!
