  • Great dress. So cute with the over the knee boots. Would be great with leggings too. Or tights and booties.

    Forever Chic!

  • Great dress. I always struggle with whether to use the cloth belt that comes with dresses like this – which sometimes looks saggy – or to add my own belt. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

  • Great looking dress. Love the topstitching as an accent.

  • Great dress! About Ellen’s question, I used to always take the self fabric belt off my dresses and wear a leather belt instead, but now I actually prefer the fabric belts, as I like the uninterrupted look of the matching fabric belt. The fabric belt makes the dress more streamlined and then I don’t have to worry so much about what shoes or bag etc to wear. Preston I would also like to hear what you think.

  • Justine, you took the words right out of my mouth. A different belt feels a bit 80s, I’d wear the one that comes with the dress.

  • I think ‘self belts’ are chic. They add a certain bespoke quality to a dress–a small dressmaker detail that used to be quite common. If it were me, I would keep the belt on this dress.

  • Oh, I absolutely love this navy dress !! My fav of the season would be the striped one, so chic !
