‘Minimal Impact: The Best of Resort’

Frankly, I’m ready for a new season of clothes—the crazy granny trend has run it’s course, and wasn’t even my thing to begin with. This upcoming WSJ. Magazine story is a breath of fresh air.

  • I personally am counting the days to Khaite and Proatgonists Resort collections are out. Toteme has stimulated me so far this year. Still have not recovered from Massimo Dutti’s fantastic Spring show last week.

  • Despise the crazy Granny trend as well, it’s been a really hideous season. I hope there’s a price correction coming as well. Minimal is always good.

  • “Crazy granny” is a perfect description of so much that is out there. Spend thousands trying to look like you really don’t care. Recently, I tried a few Cuccinelli pieces and quickly realized I was wearing $10,000 worth of thread on my back. Honestly, I would rather leave it to the kids. Right now, a Cubs t-shirt is sounding mighty nice!

  • Preaching to the choir. The black coat is too perfect.
