The Moon Juice Cookbook

Amanda Chantal Bacon, healthy-eating guru and founder of the Los Angeles-based Moon Juice shops, recently added a cookbook to her wellness empire. I went to the NYC launch party to congratulate the lovey author. We’d been introduced by our mutual friend Agnes Baddoo and Amanda and I chatted before she came East. I asked the native New Yorker if she has plans to open a Moon Juice here—her products, especially the plant-sourced alchemical blends and green drinks, have gone global. Although a NYC shop is on her to-do list, it’s not, sadly, imminent. Fortunately, many online stores stock Amanda’s Moon Dusts, and they can also be ordered directly from the Moon Juice site.

  • Wow! I had heard about Moon Juice but hadn’t checked it out. One of everything, please!

  • My daughter lives close to the Moon Juice in Venice, Ca. and swears by the elderberry syrup during cold season.
