Beauty

To my way of thinking, it feels counterintuitive to put oil on my face. However, I’ve been using a repair serum from my dermatologist and love the results–I’m a complete convert. I’ll bet Chanel’s Huile de Jasmin revitalizing facial oil is good, too.

Which one are you loving from your dermatologist, Preston?
Yes – which one does your dermatologist recommend? Thank you 🙂
I am also interested in your dermatologist’s recommendation! I’m a great fan of Caudalie’s Premier Cru The Elixir dry oil. Fantastic light scent with all of the benefits of the Premier Cru line.
I have been using Decleor oil on my skin for 25 years, thanks to my facialist. It seemed counterintuitive since my skin was oily in my t-zone. I love it!
Clarins makes wonderful face oils, customized by skin type. Am also curious about the ones your dermatologist recommends!
Also a total convert. I use Kypris oils, MV organic, Bobbi Brown, Fresh Beauty and love them all.
My dermatologist gave me C + Ferulic Repair Serum, it’s his own brand.
I love African Botanics Marula Oil, Maya Chia’s The Super Couple and Yuli’s M.E Skin Fuel
Curious to know what results you have been experiencing exactly Preston?
I can use the type that Preston uses, but botanicals don’t agree with myself skin…I guess I’m allergic or sensitive. I love the feel and sometimes use a good quality coconut oil, especially after I swim laps.
My vote is for Darphine Jasmine or 8 Flower Nectar (?) oil, a few drops mixed in hand with any of the La Mer cremes, at bedtime and sometimes after using an exfoliation product. Smells heavenly, convinced it helps me sleep. I’ve never had a reaction to Darphine products. They can be difficult to find, however.
Correction: Darphin not Darphine!
