Speaking of Tunics

I’d happily wear this Chanel dress from the 2018 Cruise collection over jeans, and the Louis Vuitton PF18 tunic looks like a keeper.

  • Although I like the idea of having some cover over my mid-section, I don’t know if tunics over pants are something I will ever embrace, as they remind me of long-jacketed pantsuits designed to camouflage everything. But I would happily wear that spiffy little Chanel dress as a dress!

  • I love the brown stripy one- it looks beautiful. It’s likely to stay that way as long as I don’t wear it sadly!!

  • I have no idea how to wear a tunic over jeans. Do they look best with skinny jeans, and where should a tunic “hit” your leg, or does it differ depending on the person. I’ve always associated tunics as sort of an old lady look with elastic pants, and yet, when I see it on others working well, I really love it.

  • Love that Chanel too, however I’d opt for opaque tights over pants. I can’t do the short skirts anymore so hooray for tights!

  • I really love that puffer jacket but tunics are not my thing.
