Collaboration

AERIN x ARossGirl

My dear friend and ex office-mate Amanda Ross, editor of ARossGirl, is the queen of cool collaborations and her collection with Aerin Lauder is no exception—it’s perfection. This floral dress, especially, is lovely.

  • Preston-
Do you know anything about the striped top Aerin Lauder is wearing in the picture you posted?
I would really appreciate any information about it.
    Thanks!

  • The top Aerin is wearing is Amanda Ross for Dovima Paris and is available at the pop-up or on arossgirl.com

  • Ms. Ross and Ms. Lauder succeed at maintaining their unique style identity in all phases of life. Aerin Lauder’s book is a testament to the quality of her family and the way she was raised. She would be chic if she wore a flour sack because of her integrity.
I was hoping that someone in the fashion press would have given our First Lady attention today for the magnificent way she presented herself on the world stage. The shunning of our First Lady by American fashion press is reminiscent of mean girls (and boys) of seventh grade, all turning their backs in the lunchroom and running away on the playground. Shame on the big fashion names for refusing to cover our First Lady as they have every other First Lady in history.

  • Hi Paula,
Vogue ran a nice piece on Melania wearing a Stella McCartney jumpsuit and Saint Laurent belt when she arrived in Saudi Arabia.

  • Thank you – this is encouraging! Hopefully, they will also give America’s First Lady the same positive, no-spin coverage on the pages of their magazines as all previous first ladies.
