‘Neck and Neck’

Net-a-porter the edit necklace story

When I saw this spread in The Edit I had an ‘aha’ moment—I’ve been thinking about wearing a choker with a turtleneck and leave it to Net-a-Porter to do it right.

  • This is obviously a woman with a good colorist!
Sending a shout-out to the chicest women to consider a donation to American Red Cross via Walmart, who is matching donations dollar-for-dollar.

  • I second Paula’s comment re colourist- beautiful hair.
The neck braces look rather nice.

  • Lovely concept, but the whole thing just looks hot and itchy to me…

  • Love the looking print but in real life I think it would be a bit claustrophobic.

    Paula, great shout out!

  • I love pendents underneath turtlenecks and hanging down, but I agree with others, that although the choker over turtleneck looks great in print, in real life, I think it would be claustrophobic and odd looking.

  • Showed this to my colorist today and it’s the perfect way to transition from summer beachy blonde to cool fall blonde. As always thank you for your spot on inspiration!
