Turn Up The Volume

A few days ago I posted on long hair and that it isn’t just for the very young.  However, I will only keep it this length if it has volume, a challenge for many blondes my age. To do this, I rely on volumizing shampoos and products. Adding a few highlights helps too. TBC.

  • Yes, totally agree, Preston. Highlights are a definite must to maintain volume in long hair, and the only way I would consider continuing the grow-out. I also swear by Living Proof Full series for regular volume, with the occasional addition of Aveda Volumizing Tonic, just to change it up.

  • She’s also my face hero 🙂 I’m looking forward to hearing if anyone uses a thickening product that doesn’t weigh your hair down. I use Rahua voluminizing shampoo and conditioner, but am always on the lookout for the right leave in product.

  • I’ve tried many voluminizing products but I recently found the best and my hair has never been thicker, healthier and I can go longer between Highlites
CHRISTOPHE ROBIN ROSE SHAMPOO CONDITIONER AND SPRAY. Expensive bur well worth it.
    I get compliments daily.

  • Julie Christie’s hair in Shampoo must have been a wig.
