Skillet Mussels

Mussels are in the top five of my favorite dishes. My husband doesn’t like them so I always order if they are on the menu. However, he’s off to Paris so I’m going to try this recipe from The Washington Post — perfect for a December 1st dinner.

  • I love them too. Try the skillet mussels here! http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-08-29/features/os-thot-timpano-mussels-20120829_1_mussels-olive-oil-skillet They get really crispy on the edges.

  • Mussels are always my favourite cheater starter for an intimate dinner and I say “cheater” because they’re so easy and are always so delicious. Enjoy sopping all that up and then a good book by the fire while he’s away.
