On My Inspiration Board

Warm-Weather Inspired

By and large, I’m not a warm weather person and wasn’t sad when Mother sold the place in Florida — midwinter, I far prefer Copenhagen to sitting on a beach near the equator. However, summer is inevitable so I start picking up lightweight dresses and simple tops from the resort collections, which are in now. These images from January Vogue UA are on my inspiration board.

  • That’s a great idea, Preston. I can never, ever find summer dresses I like when summer is here. Now I shall shop the resort season. Thanks.
    P.S. Happy New Year!

  • I’m the opposite of you. Don’t like winter weather and love gong to Florida and Bahamas in the winter and I enjoy resort shopping. These simple pieces are great!

  • Hi there! Who designed the dress in the last photo? Is that Prada? I like it. Thanks and I am loving your new Gucci bag. You’ve got me contemplating one in black, of course.
