Brown Boots

I pre-ordered a pair of ivory Saint Laurent boots, but may swap them out for a rich brown — sigh. These booties on Chiara Totire look fantastic under the leather pants.

  • Do it…and look for another pair of ivory if you find you really want them.

  • I love brown boots. I find, though, that I wear brown more in tall boots than I do in ankle boots. Most of my short boots are black. There’s something wonderful, though, about tall brown boots coupled with a calf-length skirt. The combination just works for me.

  • Nice! Any trench suggestions to go with the brown boots? You have wonderful style advice. THANKS This one is cute with the puffy sleeves. Designer? Would love your amazing style help finding a new trench long or short length (nothing drab khaki, prefer skin brightening cool tones) maybe in a new post ? 🙂

  • I love rich brown boots with black! Years ago, I had a black coat with which I wore brown boots, a brown bag and a brown, cream and black paisley scarf – a very elegant look, if I say so myself!

  • Beautiful boots. Do you have a link to them please? For cream/ivory, I bought a knee high pair from Zara a few months ago. It’s too wet in London to spend money on cream boots.
