  • This is the best recipe. I’ve made the pickles before and couldn’t stop eating them. Also, The NY Times recipe for tomato jam with these pickles is awesome on a grilled turkey burger. Most people don’t like turkey burgers because they can be a bit gamey, but mixing the meat with ground pink and black pepercorns, thyme, lavender and salt makes the best burger.
