Knit Picks

I’ve always shied away from a knit skirt fearing it would stretch out in the bum from sitting — like the knees on leather pants. However, the head-to-toe knitwear trend is big, and rightfully so — it’s the perfect upgrade from loungewear. These by Proenza Schouler and The Row (also here) could sway me. Anna Quan is my favorite knitwear line at a kinder price point.

  • It’s a very elegant look. I have a couple of outfits like this and I always feel so good in them.

  • Hello Preston, I’ve been wearing knit skirt sets and dresses for years. They always look chic and are easy to wear. Never had stretching out issues. You’ll look great!

  • I ordered one of the Anna Quan knit skirt sets online last fall. Had to return it. Lumpy and unflattering — made me look much bigger than I am.

But they do look chic on editorials!
