I rarely wear makeup, and my moisturizer does not contain SPF, so I have to be prudent about using sunscreen. But I often forget and then burn to a crisp. Like yesterday at my daughter’s graduation, I ended up sitting under a tree. As we head into summer, I would appreciate any product recommendations. Has anyone tried Anthelios?

My lips took a beating this winter so I tried to find products that would go the distance. These three are super stars.
My hair is the same length as Anna Ewers’ in the bottom image. This story, by the brilliant hair stylist Guido Palau, is from the May issue of W.
A few days ago, as I was running to a school assembly with my hair tucked into the neck of a turtleneck sweater, I got a number of compliments on my “haircut”. I’m eyeing the top pic and thinking I should give that length a try. TBC

I have used Fekkai shampoo and conditioner forever, partly because of how good they smell. So, it’s no surprise that I cannot wait to try their hair fragrances, citron et menthe sounds delicious. The mists also de-frizz, a definite win-win.
My hotel in L.A. has a Bliss spa and loaded our bathroom with samples. I’ll admit that I haven’t used a Bliss product in years, but the lemon + sage body wash smells so good that I brought a bottle home and we’re all addicted.
We are pretty good about buying organic foods, using natural cleaners, and eating our greens (especially with the new Vitamix), but there were some good bits of advice from nutritionist (and ex model) Rosemary Ferguson in the recent issue of NaP’s The Edit. Airing out clothes when back from the cleaners is new to me, but makes perfect sense.
I’m still on the hunt for a scent for my hair, and this one by Balmain, may be it. With top notes of gardenia and white musk, I will certainly give it a try.
It is so dry in NYC, my skin is really suffering. If we go skiing this holiday, I’ll need some serious protection. Eight Hour Cream has been around forever, it’s worth a try.
Natural, non blow-dried, hair is on my radar, and was big on the fw13 runways. I’m inspired by this funny piece in W, and although I do my own styling, I’m going to take the dryer-less challenge.
To avoid total withdrawal, I’ll let my hair air-dry just on the weekends. It’s raining today, perfect time to start.
