This Fforme shearling tops my Fall 2026 wishlist. My Toteme cream shearling got so much wear during the frigid start of the year — perfect for those days when a parka just feels a bit ho-hum.

We were in New York for the Westminster Kennel Club dog show, and I loved to see all the Shearling everyone is wearing now. I went to the Toteme store and bought the black pony hair coat, so I was excited to see a similar style featured on the Fforme website. It’s one of those pieces I absolutely love—but I keep second-guessing myself. I’m wondering if it was a smart purchase, whether I’ll truly feel confident wearing it, and if it’s something others would actually wear too.
Gorgeous. I can see the shoulder wrap version working in many ways in the temperate climate I find myself living. It is now on my radar!

I am speechless…what an incredible piece!
I’ve always believed shearling is incredibly chic, more so than leather or fur for outerwear. It’s sporty and functional, elegant and refined all at once. Shearling is beloved by cowboys and city folk alike, at home in the country (although maybe not this particular style) and the city. Sounds like a lovely choice.
