Street Style Inspired
A roomy cotton dress paired with a raffia hobo has been my go-to outfit this summer — super easy. I usually wear my Gucci 1955 Horsebit bags in the fall and winter, but it looks so good on the two women above that I pulled them out. As a kerchief or belt, the silk scarf is having a major moment this summer. And, I love a pendant on a cord — simply chic.

The Gucci bag looks right at home for summer! The shoe I have worn most this summer is a luggage brown sandal with saddle stitching. It’s perfect with a very old and handsome wicker basket bag with the same color leather trim.

Love all the ‘styles’ for this last bit of summer…..especially the scarf at the hips in lieu of a belt. Does anyone know where the featured striped scarf can be found? I took a stab at the possiblity of it also being Gucci but have been unable to locate it so far. Thanks for the great post! BTW – where has this summer gone?????
