Sunglasses: Shield vs. Wrap
Last March in Paris, I bought my husband a pair of Jacques Marie Mage sunglasses and have been envious ever since—they are magnificent. Suddenly, all of my sunglasses felt a tad passé, so I’ve been on the hunt for a new silhouette that will suit my narrow face. Width is my bugbear and always a challenge. Sunglasses are an easy, immediate personal-style update without a huge investment. I am considering the two shapes above.
Loewe, Phoebe Philo, Gucci, Oliver Peoples x Khaite, Vincent Boulevard.
Preston, I like the ones on the bottom but would love to see a photo of you in the styles. xxkk
Preston, for those of us who would like to stay as chic as possible and need to have prescription lenses any more suggestions in that department?

I used to have the Oliver People ones .They weren’t a collab with Khaite but looked identical. They were the chicest pair ever and I have never had more compliments on sunglasses. Thank you for the heads up.
Charmaine – the Oliver Peoples x Khaite sunglasses resemble an old style called Vanadis. I have a pair and just pulled them out a few months ago.
You read my mind with this post. I tried on the PP ones and they looked good but I felt maybe they were too statement/fashion victim.
My husband and daughter have the same issue. I’ve bought round readers and change the lens collars. Very unexpected.
