Fall Inspiration
The sum total of my fall purchases is 4 pairs of shoes: 3 The Row pumps, 1 pair of Belgian shoes in brown suede. The Belgians are replacing an old, battered pair, so they don’t really count as “new.” I’m still searching for a car coat, and The Row’s culottes were enormous, so I took a similar floor-length skirt of theirs from a few years back to be shortened. It will look almost identical. Of course, I gave both of my Hermès Collier de Chien cuffs to my girls and am thinking of getting a new one. I have a ‘no backsies’ policy.

No luck on the Margiela? I am also looking for a fall coat.
Like The Row, the Margiela and the Studio Nicholson coats are exactly what I’m looking for – I cannot find a small enough size. I started looking too late. Especially the Studio Nicholson- perfect coat, but it was too big.

A Colier de Chien is always a good idea!
No matter it sometimes sits in its box for a couple of years, It is a classic.
My Etoupe cuff with Palladium hardware is back in action this year, looking perfect with a little merino sweater.
