Hi Preston! I bought the black croc print Arizona’s several months ago when the price dropped to store away for summer, but when I saw these, I jumped on the waiting list immediately. Finally got them a couple of weeks ago and they’re gorgeous.

I am so curious about the feel of the leather footbed on these. Are they as comfortable as the non leather footbeds? Do your feet slip in them?

Love the 1774 collection. I bought the quilted slides – super comfortable and so pretty.
These are admittedly gorgeous but I bought the light grey suede lined with some kind of faux fur for a recent trip to Florida. I thought they’d be stylish for a reasonable flight time, which they were but they are so darn cute and comfortable I’ve hardly taken them off since. Am a late convert so will have to check above pair as well.

These cognac brown with saddle stitch may give Hermes a run for their money! What do you make of the 1774 + Manolo Blahnik result?
Paula- I’ve been thinking about a pair of Hermès Orans in gold (saddle), but when I saw these Birkenstocks I thought they’d get more wear.
I love them. I have so many pairs of Birks, a few of which I have not worn yet that I got last summer, so I will resist buying them for now…. They are the best!
I hesitated on these (twice) as I have a number of 1774’s, but now am sorry. To answer Paula about the Manolo x Birk collaboration, I love it, but also hesitated and now sold out. Something that has come out of the last few years for me is decision fatigue…..annoying.
I was just on the Matchesfashion site and they have a good selection of sizes still available

I bought them as soon as they hit the shelves. I buy a new pair every year. The 1774 are the best.
Fine for others but don’t suit my big feet. Even a slight elevation with a kitten heel elongates my legs and ratchets things up a notch.
