These look like fantastic separates! Do you know where the fabric and production are done? The model’s wavy hair and cut definitely add polish.
The clothes are lovely, but they have a very complicated and lengthy online returns policy. Customer service had me drive across town to a store to do my return, claiming it would be more expedited than shipping the items back to Europe, and then they still took upward of a month and multiple follow-ups by email to refund me. Both the store manager and the online customer service rep were sub par, passing the buck back and forth to each other. They have a ways to go before they can match other luxury retailers in terms of customer service.
