Out West
My daughters and I are at the CM Ranch in Dubois, Wyoming. The girls are the fourth generation — on the Wasson side of the family — to visit the ranch. Aside from my boots, I challenged myself to not pack any black clothing. I bought the Ganni boots in black because I knew I’d wear them long after this trip. To my surprise, I have not been laughed out of Dubois for wearing Danish cowboy boots and even received a compliment from the local boot seller. I dug out a few pairs of Frame skinny jeans with a good deal of stretch and they are incredibly comfortable — even on all-day rides. Weather permitting, we are heading up to Wasson Creek tomorrow, and home Saturday. Hope everyone is enjoying summer!

Looking fabulous dear Preston , and thank you for turning me on to Cicapair color correcting solution . . . that plus my Augustinus Bader Rich Cream – incredible!

What a beautiful place to spend summer days. I’m sure you are building memories with your girls. And it sounds like your family story may include the rather trailblazing Wassons!
It’s a beautiful ranch, my husband’s family owns/operates Absaroka Ranch (Dunoir Rd)
Wow – looks gorgeous. We went to a dude ranch in Montana a few years ago and loved it. So happy the red boots are a hit.
I bought them in black and will wear them until they wear out. I was worried that I wouldn’t reach for the red as often.
We will be at HF Bar Ranch in a week. Two pairs of jeans; one for day, one for night. Three long sleeve Pata-gucci shirts. One shorts/tshirt outfit for hiking. And that is it!
I never made it to Wyoming, but wish I had. Those boots look fabulous…I had a similar pair of Lucchese boots for years…
What a lovely photo! Love the boots, Preston. Ganni has really knocked it out the park on their western boots. Enjoy your vacation!
Blue skies out West. Enjoy the Creek.
What a stunning photo, looks like a postcard. I hope you and your family are having a fabulous time. Marcheline Isabelle
