Chemena Kamali Named Chloé Creative Director

Chemena Kamali is named Chloé creative director and I’m delighted. A two-time Chloé alum under both Phoebe Philo and Clare Waight Keller — the best Chloé designers post Karl Lagerfeld in my book— and most recently Saint Laurent’s women’s ready-to-wear design director, Ms. Kamali is a smart choice. This appointment will put the Chloé brand firmly back in the game.
