I have had trouble with returns with them and got damaged merch. They faulted me so I would advise to open your package on receipt and video the unboxing. That way you won’t have an issue and pay with American Express. They gave me my refunds.
Cettire has no customer service and the worst if you want to do a return. Often cheaper but at a risk.
Hi, if buying from them, I would first go try it on elsewhere!
Preston, the brownish jacket here reminds me that I recently purchased a brown wool coat for the first time in my life. This made me smile, as I could see how much you had redirected my eye. After buying it, I was reminded of a fabulous brown coat that my grandmother probably purchased in the 70s. Always classic and yet still perfectly modern today. Comparing anyone to my chic and kind grandmother is one of the warmest compliments I can share.
I also have bought several things from Cettire with no issues.
