Bits & Bobs
I left Paris early for a Harper’s Bazaar reunion that was seriously fun. There were primarily folks from former editor-in-chief Kate Betts’s era. I loved catching up with designer and Homme Girls editor-in-chief Thakoon Panichgul, Kristina O’Neill, head of media at Sotheby’s, Kerry Diamond, Cherry Bombe founder, Cary Leitzes, founder of the creative agency Leitzes&Co., and Amanda Ross of ARossGirl — a few of my dearest, onetime HB colleagues. Even though I raced from the plane to the dinner and was a bit of a zombie, I am so glad I showed up. It’s all about showing up and reconnecting with friends.
On my radar: the fabulous Chanel Spring-Summer 2025 pre-collection campaign images of Gracie Abrams, Claire Thomson-Jonville appointed head of editorial content at Vogue France — an inspired choice, a very chic woman in The Row wearing The Row, and my Hermès Picotin in the wild.

Love love love your Picotin in the wild! Yes, one of my goals this year is to reconnect with old friends.
I have been searching for the Row Uxor kitten heel in snakeskin in my size for weeks. They look great on her.
Wow, what a dream team! Love Homme Girls and yet to see a copy of Sotheby’s mag in the wild but I’m sure Kristina is doing a fab job.
Picotin looks great on you! Wow, Chanel looks beautiful!
Welcome home! Your dinner sounds amazing & what fun to catch up with former colleagues. Lots of interesting happenings in Paris!
Look forward to your Bits & Bobs.
Nothing like catching up and reminiscing with former work colleagues. An impressive group indeed!
Preston, do share what make up your fabulous ring stack
All such wonderful images! If the Editorial Content is as relatable as Ms. Thomson-Jonville, it will be a breath of fresh air in! I noticed the pumps, too, and they are terrific. Good for you for dashing and showing up. The social gathering sounds super fun in cold January. Showing up is everything! Happy New Year!
*. . . and that jewelry makes that Chanel look! Beautiful!
Wow, love these pictures, especially the lady in The Row.
Just when I thought it was a “no” to be wearing “skinny” on the legs, I’m inspired enough to be wearing them again today with a gigantic black cashmere sweater and my Church’s loafers, feeling good!
I just haven’t been able to embrace the looser jeans look, anything slimline or cropped flare I gravitate to.
