Two From The Row
The Row’s new store in Paris is lovely. Much more intimate than the one in NYC, and the folks who work there could not be nicer. I have been meaning to try these boots since I posted on them last January. Black was sold out, but the dark brown is stunning and less predictable. The leather is very supple, that being the case, I hope they wear well. And, I certainly don’t need a long grey skirt, but I’ve loved the one by Maria McManus therefore I know I will get a lot of wear out of this one, too.
:
Love the dark brown!
I bough this outfit I LOVE
So dowdy And boring and matronly. I don’t like it one bit.
I love both. Last year I bought Madewell’s Idris boot in black. It reminded me of the Row boot. I have worn them a lot.
Love the Row and the boots you shared
Love Kic
I bought the boots in black and brown in the fall and have been wearing them regularly. They’re soft and comfortable and, so far, wearing very well. The skirt and top are really lovely.
The top is great. I have a Miu Miu skirt like that and am really trying hard to not buy it as a repeat item. (Notice I said, trying)
True story – I saw this Row outfit before your post and immediately thought of you. We don’t know each other personally, but as long time KiC followers can attest to is that we know Preston’s sharp and classic style! It is a beautiful set and would be lovely on you.
That is very funny and sweet!
This is simple yet dramatic – I view this as an ‘architectural’ silhouette, minimal and full of possibilities for accessories. A large enamel cuff with some nifty color stones on it could be all it needs. I think it’s incredibly chic and could go from a professional setting to late day ~ cocktails in a lovely environment with a switch up of shoes, bag, jewelry – or a fabulous tea room in a great European city (Budapest has one).
I love it too. Monastic, austere, refined. And then the delicacy of the shoes below. I’m very tempted.
