Rain + temperatures in the 60s = prime trench weather. These NYFW show-goers wear them well.

Truly the most wonderful time of the year ~ is trench weather! Undoubtedly, my fashion defect that I can’t relate to collections such as Khaite, but I compensate by relating to all forms of sensible outerwear!
The hybrid of the trench and fur (?) with those funny sleeves over the beige dress looks ridiculous in my opinion.
Quite agree with RdG ~ it doesn’t qualify as ‘sensible’ outerwear. 🙂 Photo on the left is far smarter and more workable.

For us here that was a very temporary weather blip, back to wool and down but I did wear my leather trench. Of course I agree that the minute the weather cooperates there’s nothing that works better with every outfit and style. Ooh can’t remember name of woman on the left but she is always so chic!
