Bottega Veneta
In the Bottega Veneta FW23 show models carried a bag and tote together. Last week I picked up a small Saint Laurent tote (looks out of stock, but it’s there) that holds a book, pair of shoes, and just a bit more. I carry it, as above, with my shoulder bag in my hand — chicer than both on the shoulder. Matthieu Blazy continued the clever layering from his SS23 collection.

This is spooky, I too just purchased a tote today that matches/tones with my purse. I wanted a larger bag for those days I need to carry extras and look/feel more pulled together. Makes sense with our lifestyle today. Thank you for posting Preston, enjoy your new tote!

I just watched this show last night and there are so many pieces I love! Thank god I have to wait and not be impulsive! Really like this idea of a smaller bag with tote. This small black purse is one of my obsessions!!
I love layering bags like this and posted on it here. I have the Saint Laurent shopper and was surprised to see the steep price increase since I purchased mine a few years ago. The bag is beautiful and a workhorse, but I feel as though it’s a little overpriced for what it is. Marcheline Isabelle

Oh I like this idea! I always carry a tote with a crossbody wallet (Kelly to go / Chanel WOC) which means my shoulder bags get very little use. I love the idea of pulling them out this way!
