To Watch, Read, & See
The recently launched Harper’s Bazaar France, with its strong focus on new talent, looks phenomenal and I’m begging a few friends who will be in Paris next week to bring me a copy. Designer Agnes Baddoo sent me the invitation to Ernst Gamperl’s Houghton Oak Project show at Salon 94 Design— his works are stunning. We read Daisy Jones & The Six in book club ages ago, so it will be fun to watch the series out March 3. The second I spied photographer Giovanni Chiaramonte’s upcoming book, Realismo Infinito, I asked the Locust Valley Bookstore to hold a copy for me when it’s released March 21. And, the “David Hockney: Bigger & Closer (not smaller and further away)” , his new immersive digital show at Lightroom in London tops my list of must-see exhibitions. Field trip?

I live round the corner from the new Lightroom space. Just booked tickets!
I may watch the show based on the book…but the interview format made me crazy, so I decided not to torture myself and stopped reading!
You have the best recommendations Preston, seriously! I’ve been watching a clip of the David Hockney show over and over. Can’t imagine you won’t find someone to go and see it with you. I’m sleep deprived, did I just dangle a participle?
Thank you, SueM!
hi. the date you put for daisy says feb 3 and its actually march 3. i cannot wait to watch cause i loved the book so much!
Thank you, Jenny, for catching that. I think I’m in denial that Wednesday is March 1 … A friend just said to me “the days are long, but the years are short”
